Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas says he will resign

By KAREN GAYAL and PAUL WALSHYUKEM/Reuters Israel’s Palestinian President Abbas has announced that he will step down on March 29.

The announcement comes days after the International Criminal Court said it would not investigate a suspected war crime committed by Israeli soldiers during a 2006 raid on the Gaza Strip.

The ICC, a United Nations peacekeeping body, had accused Israel of committing war crimes in the capture and killing of six Palestinian boys in Gaza in 2006.

Israel denied the allegations.

The Israeli military has repeatedly denied the charges, and said the men had been killed by an explosion from a rocket fired from Gaza.

The two men killed in the raid were Mohammed al-Salhi and Rana al-Khazraj, both 17, and Mohammed Shtayyeh, 15.

They were kidnapped in the occupied West Bank in 2006 and died shortly afterwards.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the Israeli army would take legal action against anyone who had “taken part in any act of criminal activity” in Gaza, including any actions which might have been considered war crimes.

The Palestinians, who have a political rival in Abbas, have also been demanding that Israel end its blockade of Gaza.

Abbas’s office said he would hand over to a commission formed to investigate the conflict.

“The Palestinian Authority is deeply disturbed by the fact that the Israeli government is dragging its feet to launch an investigation into its actions in Gaza,” it said in a statement.

“A Palestinian investigation has not been completed in its entirety and there are still unresolved questions about the role of Israel in the Gaza war.”

“The investigation will have to examine the actions of the Israeli authorities in Gaza.

It will be the responsibility of the commission to determine the facts of the war crime.”

Abbas said that after the war, he had decided to resign and he would step down “in order to bring the peace process to a conclusion and to make the right decision for the Palestinian people”.

The Palestinian president had said in his resignation letter that “the current situation and the factionalism in the Israeli leadership have led to a political situation in which there is a threat to the peace agreement and a threat of a unilateral declaration of independence”.

The Palestinians have repeatedly accused Israel and the US of committing the crimes.

In May, the US said it was reviewing its cooperation with Israel, with the US president expressing concern about the situation.

How to handle this situation | The NFL and NFLPA reach agreement

The NFL has reached an agreement with the NFL Players Association on a new collective bargaining agreement that will set up the union’s first collective bargaining contract in six years, league sources told ESPN.

The league’s current CBA expires at the end of the 2020 season, and the NFLPA has not reached an arrangement with the league to extend the current one beyond the 2020-21 season.

Under the agreement, the NFL will make an annual $15 million contribution to the NFL Foundation, the union-run charity, per sources.

That money will be distributed by the NFL to various charities.

Sources say that the deal is not finalized, but it will be presented to the union by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell before the start of the 2017 regular season.

Sources say the league is looking for a six-year extension.

The league and the union have been negotiating the terms of the deal since early April, but negotiations have been in a deadlock, and no final deal has been reached.

When the league and union reached an earlier agreement last year, it included a six percent pay increase for players who make more than $100,000 per year.

Sources told ESPN that the league wants to see a five-year deal, which would put it between $80 million and $100 million.

Its hardware and design were almost certainly going to impress, and with a slew of new games, it would be a game-changer.

Nintendo would release its Switch for $299 in the U.S. in August 2017, but the company wasn’t even expecting that.

As the company has since explained in interviews, it expected the Switch to be “the best gaming console on the market for at least a couple of years,” and that the company was planning to build the Switch “from the ground up” and make it as powerful as possible.

But that didn’t mean the Switch would be the “next big thing,” or even the “biggest console ever,” since it’s still relatively new and only available in the United States.

Nintendo did announce that it had already delivered 3 million units of the system, but that number was for the first wave of pre-orders that were supposed to be shipped in early 2017.

The Switch was only going to sell about 30,000 units at the time, and so Nintendo decided to launch the Switch with a very limited number of preorders, so that it could start shipping them as quickly as possible rather than rush the preorders out to everyone who wanted them.

In its announcement, Nintendo said that the system would “provide consumers with a great gaming experience for a low price.”

The Switch didn’t sell well, but its sales figures are still impressive, and Nintendo said it’s going to deliver “more games and software than any console in history.”

That was a very optimistic projection for a console of its size, and it’s worth noting that Nintendo’s sales numbers don’t include pre-order bonuses for Switch owners, since those are included in Nintendo’s full-year financial report.

But the system still managed to sell well enough to warrant a $299 price tag.

Nintendo has said that its Switch preorders were “the first wave” of preorder bonuses that were to be distributed to Nintendo Switch owners on launch day.

Those preorders included the game “Super Mario Odyssey,” the Switch-exclusive “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe,” and a variety of other titles, including “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild,” “Dragon Quest Heroes: Ultimate Collection,” “Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time,” “The Simpsons: Tapped Out,” and more.

Nintendo didn’t provide an exact date for when those bonuses would be distributed, but we know that they were scheduled to be available at launch for some time, at least until early March, which is around the time when Nintendo’s first-generation Switch consoles were expected to launch.

The company is also expecting preorders to sell out before they were supposed, since there are so many different titles that people have preordered for the Switch already.

That means that a lot of people who preordered Switch pre-ordered them before they shipped out.

The system is currently selling for $279 on Amazon, and its price is up 9% over its $299 debut price.

It’s also getting an incredible 10-year warranty, which Nintendo has promised to keep up to date on, as it has with the Switch’s previous consoles.

That warranty is also likely to be an important selling point for the Nintendo Switch.

It also seems like a lot is riding on how well the Switch will sell.

The game and software sales numbers are amazing, and they are clearly not the sort of numbers you’d expect from a game console, but they are a lot closer to the sales numbers of other consoles, such as the Xbox One X, which launched in December 2016 and saw the console’s first year of sales surpass its predecessor by more than 30%.

It seems like Nintendo is hoping that the Switch can pull off a massive launch in the coming months, as sales of other big console games like the Xbox’s “Titanfall 2” and “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” have done.
